- Involve in projects related to regional IT Service Management system in line with company goals & objectives.
- Performs CI/CD administrator role within Atlassian platform.
- Analyses process gaps and introduces process improvements within Atlassian.
- Coordinate CI/CD related activities within the team to ensure timely closure of tickets assigned.
