Job Description
- Support the HR team on day-to-day HR operations and HR administrative matters
Payroll Processing & Administration
- Own and manage the payroll process, including liaising with our payroll vendor to ensure the monthly payroll computations and ad-hoc payroll computations for new joiners and terminations are accurate and in compliance with Singapore and overseas labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll data by verifying data against supporting documents.
- Liaise and manage payroll vendors in overseas offices (e.g. Taiwan) to review and process payroll for overseas employees in compliance with local tax and labour laws. Check overseas payroll reports (e.gs. China).
- Handle monthly statutory submissions, including CPF, government paid leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, childcare leave, and other relevant obligations.
