Job Description
Key Responsibilities A. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding: prepare contracts and onboarding packs, coordinate system access and IT equipment, process final pay inputs, revoke access, and issue certificates of employment
- Administer leave and attendance management: maintain leave records, process applications, and reconcile monthly attendance reports
- Support monthly payroll preparation by collating inputs (new hires, resignations, leave deductions, allowances) and liaising with the payroll vendor or Finance team
- Manage employee insurance enrollment and termination, create and maintain system accounts across all platforms (Office 365, Zoho, Teachworks, Feilian, door access, etc.), and maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records
