Role Summary:
The role involves managing end-to-end HR generalist activities with key focus on HR Digitalization, HRMS (SAP or related), Payroll Management, and HR Analytics (Power BI & Advanced Excel).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR digitalization initiatives and process automation/improvement through Digitalization Initiatives (HRMS implementation, Digital HR projects).
- Develop and manage HR dashboards using Power BI
