Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate project work group/users’ discussion to formulate project design brief for preliminary space planning, budgeting and timeline scheduling.
- Coordinate conceptual/schematic/detailed planning and design, facilitate sign-off by respective stakeholders/users.
- Compile specifications and drawings for tender, evaluate tender submissions and recommend tender awards.
- Manage contractor to ensure compliance to EHS requirement, infection control and household rules and regulations.
- Monitor compliance of relevant local authorities’ requirement and certification.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion, manage progress, identify critical milestone and escalate issues early to clear critical path and roadblock.
- Conduct site inspection and handover activities with Operation and users. Ensure work done by contractors meeting specification and requirements.
