Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the department's task list
  • Create and upkeep the department's payment checklist
  • Providing strategic insight and knowledge in preparing feasibility studies on any new / expansion program of the Premium Outlets
  • Creation of all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning
  • Use financial modelling to predict outcomes
  • Keeping up-to-date record on the Premium Outlets performance and debt services
  • Plan, organise, manage the details and invite all the required participants to meeting called by the HOD
  • Follow up on the to-do-list after each formal meeting
  • Coordinate with service providers / consultants on all the required documents / agreements before official appointment
  • Coordinate with service providers / consultants on market research, construction related reports and / or any reports required by HOD
