World Vision Singapore is looking for a Senior Executive, Data and Systems to generate actionable insights through data analysis and enhance the operational efficiency of donor engagement by improving the systems and processes that support sponsorship and donation processing.

This role is part of the Supporter Engagement Team and will contribute to improving donor engagement and retention, growing sustainable funding for the ministry, and enabling World Vision Singapore to fulfil its promise to donors through meaningful and consistent engagement.

General Responsibilities

• Operational support on matters related to the processing of sponsorships and other donations.
• Engagement with donors to facilitate a seamless and fulfilling experience.
• Update and safeguard donor information and donor management system integrity.
