Serve as the primary coordinator for engagements with banks, investment banks, legal advisors, rating agencies, and financial consultants.

Review critical financing documentation, including Term Sheets, Facility Agreements, and Security Documents.

Coordinate comprehensive due diligence exercises, monitor the fulfillment of financing conditions, and manage lender information requests.

Provide high-level executive support for strategic matters requiring cross‑departmental collaboration.

Prepare executive briefing papers, meeting agendas, and action‑item trackers.

Monitor and drive the implementation of CEO directives across all organizational levels.

Collaborate with the HR Head to collect departmental KPIs, highlight underperforming areas, and prepare executive performance dashboards.
