What is the opportunity?

As the Executive Assistant supporting a MD, Head – Global Market Services & Network Management, Investor Services, you will provide in-depth support in day‑to‑day management of the team in the Greater Toronto Region. The primary purpose of this role is to help the MD maximize their time against top priorities with their senior leadership team and in the market, employee engagement, and business results through administrative and operational support. You will proactively recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and assist with reporting analyses to support the work of the Managing Director.
