Full-time Management & Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the progress of building construction works.
• Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings, respecting specifications, quality and time of completion.
• Ensure that the company's Quality Management System Manual and the Project Quality Plan (PQP) are adhered to during construction of C&S and Architectural works.
• Check and coordinate all C&S, M&E and Architectural drawings from implementation until completion of projects.
• Attend to site valuation, coordinate and follow up with Contract Department for any works to be carried out.
• Liaise with authorities, attend meetings and ensure timely application of CCC/CF.
• Lead site staff and provide guidance for supervision works.
