Job Description
Become an integral part of CPP Investments as a Senior Executive Assistant, delivering essential administrative support to senior leaders. Your expertise in calendar management and travel arrangements will ensure smooth operations every day.
In this role, you will manage the schedules of Managing Director(s) and support the larger team efficiently. You will prepare critical documents and facilitate departmental initiatives while coordinating complex travel arrangements and meetings. This is an opportunity to work closely with executives, external partners, and fellow Executive Assistants to enhance team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders
• Manage complex global travel and itineraries
• Prepare high-level executive documents accurately
• Schedule and coordinate various internal and external meetings
• Assist with onboarding new team members
Requirements:
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree
