Senior Exec, HR (Payroll and Operations) with a Global Maritime MNC

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR ops experience. Additional payroll processing/ managing payroll vendor (in addition to HR ops) is useful but HR payroll experience is not a must
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance for Singapore (mainly) though HR processing is outsourced to external payroll providers
• System savvy. Prior experience with global HRIS systems, such as Workday or similar platforms is required
