Overview
We are looking for an Event Team Lead to manage the operations of CTO Dinners - boutique networking events for top-tier technical executives in the IT industry. These gatherings have been running successfully for over two years, offering a cozy, high-touch experience for 10-20 guests per dinner. The format is well-established, with finely tuned processes that require high attention to detail and precision in execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5 specialists responsible for guest outreach and dinner logistics, ensuring operational excellence, clear progress visibility, and reporting of outcomes to upper management.
- Supervise the daily operations: guest research, outreach, RSVPs, and logistics for each dinner.
