Overview

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking a driven Senior Estimator to join our Client Programs Market on the Cost Management Team in Seattle, WA!

Prepare conceptual, schematic, and design development estimates, performs quantity surveys, value engineering exercises, change order review, data base maintenance, bid reviews, value engineering, and construction trend research. Position will require interaction with major clients and management of junior staff.


Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary contact person for the client when required.
  • Communicates and coordinates multiple projects with the client, architect PM, engineers, and contractors.
  • Performs detailed takeoffs of materials and trades for all CSI divisions as required to complete estimates and to support senior staff.
