Job Description
Talent Specialist Limited (TSL) is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Package Manager in Dubai, with over 16 years of EPC experience in Oil & Gas. The role involves managing the delivery of modular process systems from engineering to handover, ensuring project scope, budget, and quality are met effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, demonstrated project responsibility, and proficiency in MS Project and SAP. Preference for PMP certification will be given.
