Senior Enterprise Architect - Core Banking

We’re looking for a senior Enterprise Architect to shape the future of Core Banking at scale driving transformation across one of the most critical domains in financial services.

What you’ll do:

• Own the Core Banking target‑state architecture, aligned to BIAN, and translate business strategy into executable architecture roadmaps.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to modernise platforms, rationalise applications, and reduce legacy technical debt.
• Lead target operating model design across Core Banking (experience in Wealth, Digital, or Insurance is a plus).
• Drive enterprise‑wide alignment through capability models, heat maps, and architecture governance.
• Ensure solutions meet next‑gen enterprise needs—cloud, APIs, AI, resilience, and scalability.
