Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain product configuration policies
• Oversee ECR, ECO, and ECN processes
• Analyze design changes impacting product systems
• Coordinate and train team on best practices
• Provide direction for performance management of the team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field
• 6–9 years of experience in the field
