Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Development of test programs for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms for memory products.
- Maintenance of test programs for sustaining manufacturing activities.
- Development of test programs for new product development, product characterizations and new tester platform development.
- Perform deep‑dive and debug of test related issues.
- Collaborate with product engineering on quality, test time and yield improvement activities.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering (Technical) or its equivalent.
- Experience in test program development on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms such as (but not limited to) Advantest, Nextest, Teradyne, etc.
- Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, C++, Perl, etc.).
