Job Description
Reporting to Head of IT Security and Infrastructure, this role will be responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and efficient end-user services across the organization. This role will be based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advanced (L2/L3) support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Ensure high service availability and performance for end-user computing services
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services for APAC regional consumption
- Support enterprise collaboration and video conferencing solutions (e.g. Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly devices)
- Ensure endpoint patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with corporate security standards
- Support identity and access management controls (Entra ID, Conditional Access)
- Ensure the managed IT environment is fulfilling compliance/security requirement
