Responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of AEC (Q100, Q006, etc.) and JEDEC standards and the philosophy of reliability stress methods and statistical tools.
- Responsible for AMPI Reliability Laboratory Operations Excellence, such as but not limited to the following:
- To ensure performance of Reliability Qualifications related activities utilizing reliability test methods in accordance and compliance with Allegro Reliability Operations Procedures and internationally acceptable Industry Standards (AEC, JEDEC).
