**Senior Engineer, R&D Engineering Services & Labs**

In this role, you will serve as a materials characterization subject matter resource, partnering with cross-functional teams to generate data, evaluate material performance, and support product development activities. This position offers the opportunity to apply materials science expertise across research, design, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions while contributing to multiple stages of the product lifecycle.
**What You Will Do**
+ Perform material characterization testing and microstructural analysis using techniques such as microscopy, scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM/EDX), micro-computed tomography (micro-CT), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and metallography.
+ Analyze test data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
