Product Inspection, Testing and Final Product acceptance as per customer requirement Non-Destructive Evaluation and Qualification at various stages of mfg. Control of Non-Conforming Products Corrective and Preventive Actions thro investigation, analysis, and audits Vendor Evaluation, Re-evaluation, and approval (Subcontract and Bought Out components) Organize Quality Documentation as per ITP/Internal Procedure requirements Co-ordinate Second Party Inspection agencies and organize inspection at supplier end as per TDC / Drawing / ITP Auditing of Processes and Products Analysis of customer complaints for product and process improvements Updating, as necessary, of Quality Control Inspection and Testing techniques including the development of new instrumentation Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product, process and Quality System and recommending ...
