Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs
- Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard.
- Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line in case of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift.
- Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPE/T to resolve.
- Process route creation/release and maintenance.
- Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance).
- Support new product releases, support production tools releases (PCRB), technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies.
- To monitor and work with PI/UPE to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters.
