Senior Engineer – Process Engineering

This position is responsible for execution of key improvement programs to improve process, product quality, prevent customer complaints, increase process & mechanical yield, generate systems and procedure, and perform qualification of new process, material and equipment.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Process Yield Improvement – improve process & mechanical yield, monitor & identify opportunities to reduce scrappage and define appropriate improvement actions.
   • Manage daily issues and define actions that prevent recurrence.
   • Provide technical support to Production in the analysis and disposition of non-conforming lots and equipment.
   • Plan and execute MSA requirements of identified process stations and equipment.
2. Customer Complaints – ensure zero recurrence of customer complaints.
