Role Summary
Our client, a growing medical device manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations and drive continuous process improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), process troubleshooting, tooling and fixture design, and implementing Six Sigma-based process capability improvements. The role will also support both existing products and new product introduction initiatives.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering is required, preferably in Plastics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 3 years' experience within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience leading and driving manufacturing process improvement initiatives. Experience with equipment validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
