General requirements
- Coordinate with other disciplines in providing adequate information for effective project progression.
- Lead and supervise junior team members.
- Liaise with clients and various stakeholders for smooth execution of design work.

- Possess sound knowledge of hydraulics and hydrological theories.
- Determine catchment area based on topographical survey data and other available data.
