The Senior Engineer, Equipment (Test Handler) is responsible for maintaining and optimizing a group of final test equipment within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving equipment performance, improving uptime and efficiency, and leading maintenance, cost, quality, and yield improvement initiatives. - Responsible and maintain a group of Final Test Equipment
- Drive & improve equipment uptime performance to achieve target equipment efficiency
- Drive & implement maintenance cost, quality & yield improvement project
- Preventive and predictive maintenance improvement program to maintain equipment stability
- Equipment spare part management
- Impart equipment knowledge and skill to shopfloor maintenance team
- Troubleshoot and resolve major breakdown equipment
