Job Description
Team up with planned maintenance teams and maintenance technician groups in Assembly to execute equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- APC implementer of designated process, responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of APC application in the process equipment as well as owner of Advanced Process Control from conceptualization, piloting, implementation, monitoring, improving, and sustaining.
- Manage maintenance cost in sustaining the equipment to it fullest performance.
- Hands‑on expert on automation equipment related concept.
- Executing Planned Maintenance according to BE MNT methodology (Job card, PM Kits, SAP PM).
- Execute, maintain, and govern MAL Single Device Traceability (SDT) applications.
- Act as Data Steward for APC and SDT Data for Malacca.
