Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Should have a clear in depth understanding of different Battery pack sub-system knowledge from Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal point view.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in HV Battery Design & Development.
Adequate knowledge in Battery Cell level & Pack Electrothermal/Mechanical strength/Pack Cooling flow, Thermal/Crash/Vibration CAE simulations & testing DVPs.
Should have good knowledge in CAD modelling, drawing detailing, GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
Need to have Extrusion, Stamping, GDC/PDC, Forging, Sheet metal, and Plastic part manufacturing process with different welding/joining process knowledge.
Adequate Knowledge in DFMEA/IFMEA, DFC, DFM and DFS for Battery pack components.
Battery pack Performance, Range, Manufacturability, Reliability, Warranty, Life, Service Target Signoff with CFT team and other stakeholders. Experience managing a team of en...
