Job Summary
Senior Engineer in the Design team, working within Structural and Geotechnical Engineering to deliver civil infrastructure projects for clients such as the Environment Agency, Severn Trent, and Mining Remediation Authority.
Responsibilities
- Review and agree technical requirements of the client remit.
- Contribute to the development of fee proposals.
- Organise and lead the day‑to‑day workload of engineers and technical staff within the Design team, ensuring technical compliance.
- Maintain compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies, including CDM Regulations, the Kier SHE Management System (SHEMS) and Design Quality Management System (QMS).
