Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior End User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Support Engineer with over 10 years of enterprise IT support experience to provide advanced technical support across desktop, laptop, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and end‑user infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, hands‑on experience with SCCM, JAMF, Windows and macOS environments, and a customer‑centric approach in supporting enterprise users and VIP stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
• Perform device imaging, deployment, configuration, migration, and upgrades using SCCM and related deployment tools.
