We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Engineer (Electrical Engineering) to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced plasma lighting systems . In this role, you will drive the development of high-performance electronic subsystems, including high-voltage power supplies, RF drivers, control electronics, and monitoring systems that enable efficient plasma generation and long-life lighting performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in new product development, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement initiatives , helping bring innovative lighting solutions from concept to production.
