Job Description
As a Senior Electrical Engineer , you will be responsible for the design, validation, and production readiness of LionsBot’s electrical systems. You will own wiring harnesses, power distribution boards, battery and charger designs, and compliance testing. This is a hands‑on role where you will take designs from concept through prototyping to production, ensuring high reliability in the field and manufacturability on the line.
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical System Design – Specify and design PDBs, wiring, and connectors, ensuring proper fusing, grounding, EMI shielding, and surge protection.
Battery & Charger Validation – Validate designs against CE, UL, FCC, IEC 62133, and UN 38.3 standards.
Wiring Harness Reliability – Develop harnesses with robust routing, shielding, and strain relief to eliminate field failures.
