Job Description
What You Will Do
- Provide guidance to employees and management on the implementation of corporate EH&S policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.
- Drive compliance with regulatory and permit requirements through oversight of compliance calendars, standard work, and accurate reporting.
- Partner with line organization to implement EH&S programs, enhancing awareness and performance against established goals.
- Lead initiatives to promote a safe, injury‑free workplace environment.
- Conduct risk assessments with relevant stakeholders and recommend appropriate risk control measures.
- Coordinate EH&S emergency preparedness activities, including training, drills, and exercises for employees and management.
- Provide EH&S technical support across engineering development, process improvements, risk assessments, pollution prevention, chemical management, and contractor safety.
