and What You'll Be Doing

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer, you’ll lead the design, development and evolution of complex Dynamics 365 solutions across Irwin Mitchell. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders, you’ll translate business needs into scalable, secure and high-performing solutions.

You’ll take ownership of development standards and best practice within your product team, mentor other engineers and provide technical leadership across the full delivery lifecycle — from design through to support.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll combine deep technical expertise with strong collaboration and leadership skills.

What you’ll be doing

Designing, developing and customising Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to business needs

Leading development across multiple user stories within agile product teams
