Senior Durability Engineer

Full-time AGG

• Service Life Design:  Utilize numerical modeling to predict the service life of new structures and define performance requirements to meet owner objectives.
• Material Selection & Testing:  Develop and test specialized concrete mixtures including studying permeability creep shrinkage and resistance to corrosion or chemical attack.
• Structural Assessment:  Conduct site visits condition surveys and forensic evaluations of existing concrete structures to identify damage mechanisms.
• Rehabilitation Strategy:  Design repair methods and maintenance plans for concrete infrastructure to extend its usable life.
• Code Compliance:  Ensure designs and material specifications comply with relevant technical codes and standards (e.g. ACI ASTM).
