Senior Record Management Specialist / Document Controller– We're Hiring!
Oulu, Finland (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
€60,000–€72,000 + 20–40% Bonus + 15% Pension
We're looking for an experienced Senior Record Management Specialist to join a major engineering project, leading document and records management across a large-scale capital programme.
What you'll need:
- Experience in document control or records management within engineering, EPC/EPCM, mining, energy or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of Aconex or similar EDMS platforms
- Experience developing document management procedures, governance and best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and supplier coordination skills
