Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain activities for a major Automotive OEM. This executive role will be responsible for driving planning, logistics, material flow, customer fulfillment, operational excellence, and supply chain transformation in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment.
- Drive supply chain strategy to support production continuity, inventory optimization, service performance, and cost efficiency.
- Lead S&OP and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, procurement, finance, engineering, and quality.
- Champion operational transformation, continuous improvement, and digital enablement initiatives.
- Develop and lead high-performing teams while ensuring strong stakeholder and customer relationships.
