iOPS Lead for LATAM, Business Services

Reporting to the IOps Americas VP, this is a vital role to lead the delivery and transformation of the planning, supply chain and customer services functions for the LATAM region of a major global consumer goods company. The role presents a unique opportunity to lead an innovative service proposition for the lead client, potentially progressing to new clients as and when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IOPs leadership and senior client teams across the region to deliver transformation and client value.
• Work with global and local BSV teams to ensure successful transition and service delivery of IOPs.
• Drive client outcomes: contract compliance, value delivery, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and service transformation.
