Sam’s Club is building enterprise personalization as a core growth capability — and we’re looking for a senior leader to own the end-to-end personalization value chain: defining why and where personalization matters, translating member understanding into Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning, and institutionalizing measurement and learning. As the Senior Director of Enterprise Personalization Strategy & Decisioning, you will lead the centralized team accountable for enterprise personalization strategy, member signals and insights, NBA use cases and decision logic, and the guardrails that ensure personalization creates a strong member value exchange over time.
