Role Overview

Senior Director of AI, reporting to the VP of Engineering for SurveyMonkey Core Engineering. This high-visibility, strategic role focuses on defining the future of SurveyMonkey’s AI capabilities, driving the shift in how customers gather, analyze, and act on feedback, and leading the Machine Learning and Data Science teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Product Alignment – lead AI strategy and align it with product roadmaps.
• Technical Expertise & Innovation – build models and deploy AI/ML systems end-to-end from data to production.
• Team Management & Development – grow and mentor the ML and data science teams.
• Thought Leadership – provide thought leadership on AI in the SurveyMonkey product.
