Senior Digital Capability Analyst

The Digital Capability Senior Analyst will play a key role in analyzing, developing, and managing comprehensive capability‑building programs that support the organization’s strategic goals. The role ensures the seamless design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The Senior Analyst will also drive the assessment of current digital skills and coordinate the development of future‑ready capabilities across the organization. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
