The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have an exciting, challenging career opportunity for a Senior Die Designer. Our stamping processes utilize both progressive and tandem dies, specializing in deep draw, aluminum, ultra high strength steel (UHSS) and complex stamping dies.
Wage range: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Design progressive, transfer and line dies.
- Interact with customers regarding design reviews and follow-up.
- Provide technical support to machining/tryout/build throughout the die manufacturing process.
- Maintain documentation records of complete die design.
- Create process layouts for part data.
- Develop trim lines/morph surfaces/troubleshoot.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of tool design experience.
