Job Description
ams OSRAM is seeking a Process Development Staff Engineer (Die Attach) in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. You will lead the DA/SMT process for flex foil in development projects, ensuring cost, time, and quality targets are met, and coordinate with multiple departments to optimize manufacturability and product cost.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 5 years in Die Attach process development; LEDs knowledge is a plus.
