Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of production infrastructure across multiple AWS regions and environments.
- Maintain and improve highly available, scalable cloud platforms.
- Design, manage, and optimise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, applications, databases, and networking.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as an escalation point for production incidents.
- Lead root cause analysis, incident resolution, and post-mortem improvements.
- Work closely with development teams to support and improve backend services.
- Develop and maintain automation, tooling, and backend code.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
