How you'll make a difference

As a Senior Development Surveyor, you will review council-owned assets and identify opportunities to support future development across South Gloucestershire.

Managing a diverse portfolio of development projects, you will provide expert advice on asset promotion, acquisitions and disposals, with a focus on maximising commercial return and achieving best value in all property transactions. We are committed to using our land and property assets to increase commercial income, supported by 50m of approved investment to drive development and deliver place-shaping ambitions across the district.
