6 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To support the effective delivery and monitoring of planning obligations, with a particular focus on Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 (S106) agreements. The postholder will manage planning contributions, maintain monitoring systems, provide specialist advice, and support the delivery of planning policy and infrastructure projects to enable sustainable development across the borough. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 (S106) agreements and associated processes. Maintain and develop planning monitoring systems relating to CIL, S106, and planning obligations.
