We're partnering with one of the country's most established residential land developers to find a Senior Development Manager for their Melbourne business. Privately held, properly capitalised, and sitting on a land bank most operators would envy. The balance sheet is the kind that lets them keep releasing and acquiring through a soft patch rather than pulling back, which, in the current market, is exactly when the well-funded players take ground.
