Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications — Visualforce pages, Apex classes and triggers, Salesforce Flows, and SOQL-driven data logic — supporting client entitlement, Code Redemption, Knowledge Article management, and Case Management workflows.
+ Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Database backends, ensuring reliable, performant data exchange across enterprise systems.
+ Write optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL queries to support reporting, data migration, and integration use cases across the Service portfolio.
+ Design and implement Knowledge Article structures and Case Management configurations to improve support workflows and self-service resolution rates.
+ Apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality solutions — from requirements analysis and design through testing, deployment, and production support.
