Purpose

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Desktop Support Technician. This full‑time position is based in Pickering, Ontario. The role is primarily onsite and requires someone who can provide deskside support while also assisting with broader IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote support for Windows systems in the Pickering office.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for local staff.
